Our Non-Combustible CDECK Fibre Cement decking products have been independently tested, and all elements of the system
achieve Euroclass Classifications of A1fl-s1 - satisfying legal
requirements and ensuring compliance in the UK.
The quartz mineral dust is added in the manufacturing process, so there are natural variations in the colours of the boards. Quartz Grey is colour-matched to RAL 7039. Please note that the boards may appear darker or lighter under different light conditions, natural light and artificial light, and we cannot guarantee the exact shade. If your monitor is not colour-calibrated, shades are an approximation. We will provide samples on request.
Fibre cement construction materials like cladding and wall panels have been around for over a century. The technology to create higher quality fibre cement products has been improving ever since. CDECK is the next generation, coloured throughout and no painting required.
CDECK fibre cement decking boards are composed of Portland cement, silica, water and cellulose fibres, then mixed with other additives.
Our CDECK fibre cement mixture is laminated
and rolled withing a mould. This process is repeated in multiple layers of fibre cement to the required thickness.
The laminated fibre cement boards are cured using an autoclave. Using a combination of intense heat and pressure the chemical reaction between cement and silica happens.
The curing process results in a fibre cement decking board with a high strength and tough finish. CDECK is also stable, water resistant, non-combustible and easy to work with using standard tools, drills and saws.
