EXADECK is a unique decking system made of extruded porcelain decking tiles. Perfect for use outdoors in places where exposure to damp would be a problem for wood, resin, plastic or other materials typically used in exterior flooring and paving. With its high mechanical resistance, high breaking strength and resistance to abrasion make it ideal for places subject to high pedestrian traffic. EXADECK is fire proof and unalterable in extreme heat and naked flames. It is also resistant to frost and ice due to its almost zero water absorption. The system’s resistance to temperature changes means that it can withstand sharp differences in temperature without becoming deformed due to expansion.
The EXADECK system has Fire Classifications of A1FL-S1. Resistant to fire and other temperature changes, like frost and ice. Furthermore, its screw-free installation system avoids possible water leaks on terraces and flat roofs.

EXADECK is raised flooring made from extruded porcelain decking tile boards. With an exclusive assembly system designed for quick and flexible laying for an easy-to-install porcelain tile deck without any specific tools. EXADECK also offers the advantages of a floating floor system, allowing for individual tiles to be removed, making access to the area underneath very easy when needing to service pipes, wiring etc. One of its most outstanding technical characteristics is its anti-slip properties, even when wet, as well as its mechanical and abrasion resistance. With the natural look of wood, yet none of the constant and costly maintenance of real wood or other decking materials. Unlike aluminium decking, EXADECK will not scratch, leaving ugly marks and raw aluminium which will then oxidize. EXADECK porcelain decking tiles have been launched onto the market with a range of styles inspired by wood in five tones (Ebony, Limed Oak, Grey, Natural Oak & Walnut). The modern styles fit perfectly with any space; combining aesthetics, resistance and durability with easy assembly and maintenance.
EXADECK porcelain decking tile boards can be installed in different ways such as herringbone, linear or interlocked, which means it can be used in a wide variety of areas: Residential areas: balconies, flat roofs, patios, terraces, pools, porches & gardens. Public areas: pedestrian walkways, beaches & terraces. Commercial and High Traffic areas: balconies, flat roofs, hotels, restaurants & shopping centres. Water spaces: connections between beaches, pools & locations in salt water environments.
Installation example in a residential or low light commercial application.
With all the technical and aesthetic properties of EXADECK porcelain tile decking, means it can be used in any outdoor or indoor space while guaranteeing durability, an unchanging appearance when exposed to UV light and unchnaging material strength over time. This deck floor tile is an extruded tile with strong anti-slip properties (R11) and excellent stain resistance, factors that make this a safe outdoor product that is easy-to-clean.
A product with a very high breaking strength and outstanding resistance to surface abrasion.
Top-quality extruded porcelain tile decking material, guaranteeing a high breaking strength and resistance to ultra-violet rays. These properties make EXADECK unalterable over time.

We work in partnership with industry leading manufacturer to provide a range of complete, well engineered, fast to install and safe A1 Non-combustible decking solutions, specially designed for high-rise balconies, terraces and flat roofs. More information on substructures can be found here.
Vitrified porcelain tile decking boards are a type of tile which is made from extremely pure kaolin clays and minerals such as quartz and feldspar. The decking board tiles are then fired at 1200 -1400 degrees Celsius, this makes them harder, extremely durable and gives them an extremely low water absorption rate of under 0.5%. Different manufacturers call this type of material by a few different names, such as vitrified paving, porcelain paving, ceramic vitrified or vitrified porcelain, but these names all mean the same thing. What are the benefits of vitrified porcelain tile decking? Class A1 FireproofWeatherproof Non-porous, Low moisture absorption & Easy-to-clean Resistant to frost & thermal changes High resistance to heavy loads Resistant surface in high traffic High anti-slip resistance Resistant to the attack from acids & cleaning products Resistant to salts & salt water Resistant to moss & mould Durable characteristics & colours over time Can be used indoors & outdoors Vitrified porcelain tile decking boards are easy to work with on site. In the manufacturing process they are rectified which gives them crisp, cut edges that ensures each porcelain tile decking board is uniform in size and thickness. This means that the boards can be laid with slim joints of 3mm-5mm, which gives a paved area a sleek and contemporary look. There’s also no need to use a sealant as the pavers are already stain and mildew resistant. Cleaning your Porcelain decking tiles? Cleaning your porcelain tile decking boards is so easy and quick to do. Liquids spills (including sugary drinks, red wine), sticky oils (from food or BBQ's) and chemicals can be simply wiped away. To fully clean your paved area, simply cover the whole area with warm soapy water, this won't be absorbed due to the vitrified porcelain being water resistant, then simply rinse with clean water.

With 5 standard in stock colours and over 60 elegant Woodgrain, Marble and Stone patterns available to special order, EXADECK is the most realistic porcelain decking board available.
All elements of the system achieve Euroclass Classifications of A1FL-S1, satisfying legal requirements and ensuring compliance in the UK.
EXADECK porcelain decking boards have a hardness close to diamond and is almost impossible to scratch.
During the manufacturing process EXADECK porcelain is vitrified so that it does not absorb any water.
Thanks to the vitrification process, EXADECK porcelain boards are totally frost proof.
Unlike wood, composite, cement fibre board and aluminium decking, EXADECK porcelain will be the same colour in 1000 years’ time without having to re-apply paint or sealers like other non-combustible products on the market. EXADECK is perfect for coastal/marine environments where salts might otherwise affect the surface or colour.
EXADECK porcelain boards do not shrink or swell when exposed to heat or changes in humidity, unlike wood and composite.
Unlike other boards, EXADECK porcelain boards will look as good in fifty years as the day they were laid.
EXADECK porcelain boards do not contain any nasty chemicals and are inert to most chemical reactions. This is not the case with wood decking, composite decking, cement fibre decking and aluminium decking.
EXADECK porcelain boards have been designed to be used outside and will not be affected by wind uplift. The unique side channels securely fix the decking tiles to your substructure.
What is wind uplift? On balconies and rooftop locations, wind speeds can become very strong as air currents move around the structures. Even on relatively low wind speed days at ground level, wind speeds around a buildings at 5, 10, 20+ storeys high can increase very quickly. When air flow passes over a flat surface, this creates pockets of low air pressure over the surface, because the air pressure underneath the flooring is higher, the decking surface will want to lift towards the low pressure area. This is the same principle behind aircraft wings that creates lift allowing the aircraft to fly. On a balcony or rooftop deck, where the deck surface is loose-laid onto a substructure frame, this can result in the decking surface lifting from the substructure and becoming unstable or damaged. In more extreme winds, the flooring tiles can cause damage to surrounding areas and even be lifted clear off the building with the possibility of injury or damage below. EXADECK has been specifically designed to securely hold the decking tiles in place, even in very high winds.
EXADECK understands sustainability as a key and essential factor within its production philosophy, as it uses natural raw materials and the waste generated in the different phases of the process is reused again, minimising the consumption of natural resources as well as the pollution generated in its production, distribution and transformation for use. On the other hand, from the design phase, waste is eliminated and pollution is reduced, as EXADECK is a ceramic system designed to be disassembled in order to facilitate the separation of its components at the end of its life.
